How about japanese chef?
Also salary around the range you stated?
And also the position the same too?
Supposing my friend work in Japanese chef for more than 15 yrs,
but recently quit and join another japanese resturant, can he get
8k to 15k per month?
For I know, usually the top chief chef in
jap restaurant are "Japanese" chef. Most likely,
your friend is an assistant. And 4 K plus is considered a lot.
I would expect $3K for him
Salary growth stop at 1 to 2 years at current title. It is
likely that the salary stay stagnant despite of
experience.
Dont expect the F&B to be high earner in the first place, it
is reflected in your food menu on the cost price.
